Self-help
This page can be helpful to look at topics that concern you. Sometimes it can be helpful to search out more information to help you identify what your difficulty might be, or how you might manage to deal with it differently. Self help can be really helpful but it is not a substitute for counselling. Often we like to think we can sort something out ourselves, and in truth we can. However, sometimes that sorting out means asking someone else to help.
The following provides a list of useful links to information about common difficulties and problems.
