After months of rigorous alcohol-free training, Derec Thomson finally took to the streets on Monday 5th May 2008.
It took 4 hours and 9 minutes for 25-year-old Derec to complete the painfully long 26.2 Mile Marathon around Belfast City Centre.

The dates for the Foyle Pride Festival 2008 have been announced. The festival will take place between Monday August 18th to Sunday August 24th (bank holiday weekend).
