Join the Policing and Human Rights debate online?

The Policing Board will be launching its 6th Human Rights Annual Report on Wednesday 2 February 2011 through a ‘let’s talk’ styled event to encourage debate and discussion on how human rights contributes to the delivery of a good policing service.

You are invited to join in the debate by getting online to http://www.faircop.org/or send a Tweet using the tag: #faircop. Contact us before, during or even after the event.

The event will be streamed live from 10:00am at http://www.faircop.org in association with Public Achievement. As well as highlighting findings from the Report, this event will give the invited audience and panel members, which will include Board Members, the Chief Constable and representatives from the Rainbow Project, Include Youth and Foyle Women’s Aid, a chance to have their say on human rights and policing. It will give key stakeholders the opportunity to have an informed debate on this important issue.
