Nuala Devenney

I have over 30 years of experience in community development, youth work, health and wellbeing, and LGBTQIA+ service delivery.

My background throughout my professional career and through my volunteering roles has always been in the community/charity sector, working in various roles within different groups/organisations working with young people and adults.

I have worked for The Rainbow Project for over 14 years and prior to becoming Deputy CEO, I had worked in several roles which supported LGBTQIA+ people across Northern Ireland. Firstly, as the Health and Wellbeing Officer and then as the Health and Wellbeing Manager.

In my spare time I love to spend quality time with my wife, family and with my furbabies. I also like to watch sports, work on jigsaw puzzles, and getting lost in a great book.
