Youth Engagement Manager 

You’ll lead the development and delivery of Rainbow Youth in the North West, managing staff, building relationships, and maintaining high safeguarding standards. As the senior staff member in our Foyle Centre, you’ll ensure smooth operations, support the local team, and represent The Rainbow Project in the region.
