Identity is how you see yourself and how others see you. In Northern Ireland this is an ongoing source of conflict. As we struggle to move out of confluct into a shared pluralist future how do we:

– Encourage and sustain a pluralist society which is open and welcoming to all?

– Celebrate our diverse and multiple identities

– Build a shared sense of belonging
