This move builds on an employers’ programme that we established five years ago and allows Stonewall to deliver the Diversity Champions Programme in Northern Ireland in partnership with The Rainbow Project.

Through the Diversity Champions Programme, Stonewall currently works with almost 800 employers, from local governments to multi-national organisations, helping them to create workplaces where everyone can be themselves.

By working in partnership to deliver the programme in Northern Ireland, Stonewall and The Rainbow Project are able to combine our resources, expertise and reach to dramatically increase the pace of change for LGBTQIA+ people here.
