Youth Engagement & Centre Manager

As Youth Engagement Manager, I lead the Rainbow Youth Project, a youth-led programme supporting LGBTQIA+ young people aged 12-25 across Derry, Strabane and the surrounding areas.

Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, the project works to create safe and affirmative spaces where young people can shape the services they want to see.

Working alongside our youth workers, I support the delivery and development of a range of programmes, events and opportunities that aim to empower LGBTQIA+ young people. I am also involved in the day-to-day running of the Foyle LGBTQIA+ Centre, helping to ensure it remains a welcoming and inclusive space for the wider community.

Outside of work, I enjoy filmmaking, gaming and creative projects. I love spending time with my wife and our four furbabies and often we can both be found exploring haunted locations and ghost hunting together.
