Pablo Couvert

I am a Health & Wellbeing Officer with The Rainbow Project. I provide 1:1 health & wellbeing support and signposting information to service users. I am a Macmillan Professional and work primarily within the Cancer Champions Team, providing support with admin, events, and networking.

I also provide admin support for the Out Connections Belfast Project, funded by Peace Plus and Belfast City Council. Alongside this I support the Sexual Health service and deliver Rapid Testing to service users. I am trained in SafeTALK, and ASSIST models.

Before working for The Rainbow Project, I worked within a cross-community youth project, and in the Troubles Victims & Survivors sector. I have volunteered across a number of projects in the community & voluntary sector since I was a teenager – primarily for environmental and migrant support organisations.

In my own time I like to spend time outdoors, play video games, and go to live music and poetry events. I also run my own open mic nights on a monthly basis.
