Our volunteers receive the support of our volunteer coordinator and will also be in close contact with other staff from the Rainbow Project. All our new volunteers participate in an induction programme which gives them the knowledge they need to undertake their volunteering in a safe and effective way.

Our volunteers receive regular supervision and feedback from Rainbow Project staff, regular check-ins with the volunteer officer, and opportunities to link in with other Rainbow Project staff as part of the wider team.
