This training workshop can be delivered as a standalone workshop or as a follow up training workshop for those who have accessed the LGBTQIA+ Awareness Training. The aims of this training are to provide the following as learning objectives:

• Increase understanding of The Rainbow Project & our services available for Trans & Non-Binary people.
• Clarity on key language and terminology in regard to Trand & Non-Binary people.
• Build understanding of gender identity, gender expression & gender non-conforming identities.
• Increase understanding of the health and wellbeing needs and experiences for Trans & Non-Binary people in Northern Ireland.
• Increase understanding on the key barriers that impact Trans & Non-Binary people.
• Learn more about what Trans & Non-Binary discrimination is, why it happens and what the impact is.
• Grow in ability to become stronger allies to Trans & Non-Binary friends, family, colleagues or loved ones.

Our training can be delivered:

• Online via Microsoft Teams.
• In person at your venue.
• In person at our premises at our centres in Belfast or Derry/Londonderry. (Restrictions may apply)
• In person at a 3^rd party venue you can access.

We may be able to offer tailored sessions to meet any additional needs or focuses you may have however this may impact cost and length of the session.
